At Hermedicus, we stand behind the quality of our plant medicine products and are committed to ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a full refund, no questions asked.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Timeframe: Customers can request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Products must be in the same condition that you received them and in the original packaging. Opened or used products are eligible for return if you are unsatisfied with the quality.
- Exceptions: Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- To initiate a return, please email us at jefferson@hermedicus.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to send your items back to us.
- Please note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jefferson@hermedicus.com for instructions.
6. Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
